Terms of Service
Payl Link lets creators accept payments in USDT. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the receiving address(es) you register. Basic accounts do not require identity verification; we may require verification where legally required.
Non-custodial payments
Payl Link is non-custodial. Payments go directly from the payer to the receiving address you provide. Payl Link never holds, controls, or can move your funds; we only detect on-chain payments and notify you. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for the correctness and security of your wallet addresses.
Embedded wallets
Payl Link may offer an optional embedded wallet created for you via a third-party provider (Privy) when you sign in. It is self-custodial: you are the owner of the wallet and its keys, which are secured by the provider; Payl Link never holds or can move your funds. Your use of the embedded wallet is also subject to the provider's terms. Where you fund a wallet by card or bank (on-ramp), a third-party provider processes the payment and may require identity verification (KYC); its fees and limits apply. You remain responsible for the security of your account used to access the wallet.
Fees
Payl Link does not take a commission on payments — they arrive in full at your wallet (you pay only the network's own fee). Access to the platform is offered on a subscription basis; current plans are shown before you subscribe.
Prohibited use
You may not use Payl Link for unlawful activity. We screen addresses against sanctions lists and may block or freeze activity to comply with applicable law.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Payl Link is not liable for losses arising from blockchain transactions, third-party providers, or misdirected funds.
