Payl Link is non-custodial: payments go directly from the payer to the creator's own wallet. Payl Link never holds, controls, or can move your funds, and therefore cannot issue refunds.

Payments are made in USDT on a public blockchain and are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed it cannot be reversed by anyone.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable.

Goods and services

Refunds for purchases are at the discretion of the creator you paid. Contact the creator directly. If a creator agrees to a refund, it is sent as a new on-chain payment.

Errors

We cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address. Always double-check the address before sending.
