This policy explains what data Payl Link collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

Account email and password hash; profile content you publish; payout address; payment and withdrawal records; basic analytics (profile views, conversion). Buyers may optionally provide an email for receipts and follow notifications.

How we use it

To operate the service, process payments, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations (including sanctions screening).

Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email, blockchain and payout providers) only as needed to run the service. On-chain transactions are inherently public.

Embedded wallet provider

If you use the optional embedded wallet, our provider (Privy) and, for card/bank funding, the on-ramp provider process the data needed to create and operate your wallet and to verify your identity (KYC) where required. That processing is governed by their privacy policies. Payl Link does not receive or store your wallet's private keys.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we must retain for legal and accounting purposes.
